Our supportive housing solutions use modular construction to quickly offer safe, dignified, and high-quality shelter for the unhoused. We factory-built and provided the site work for these apartments, to meet a desperate need in the community. Each apartment was built using high-quality construction materials. The design includes a private porch, a high-efficiency climate control system, and pleasant furnishings which make for a comfortable living environment.

Our client offers integrated support services to help individuals to live stable, healthy lives. Healthcare services, career training, counseling, and social support are all offered onsite. This holistic approach addresses people’s immediate housing requirements, while also addressing other key underlying issues.

The quality of a resident’s housing contributes to the powerful community spirit. Pride in their housing encourages connection and support among the residents. The “Community Services Center” gives the residents a place to meet with staff and hang out. It is the hub of the community. Regular events and activities at the Community Services Center are scheduled by the staff, which encourage involvement and collaboration, thereby boosting community spirit.
